Current AT&T Mobile Customer? You May Be Eligible For Compensation
For almost 10 years, AT&T has been fraudulently charging mobile customers hundreds of millions of dollars in bogus "administrative fees". The fee, which reached $1.99 a month by 2018, was added to the bill of all AT&T mobile plan users, costing the average consumer $180 in fees since 2015.
In 2017, a California judge ruled that AT&T “deceptively and unfairly disclosed [the administrative fee] as a pass-through cost.”. The class action settled this year for $14,000,000.00. Many states besides California have consumer protection laws that these deceptive administration fees violate.
